Individual Tax and Tax Planning Services:

Meeting with clients (including house calls when desired!) to evaluate and compile data for individual tax return preparation, or to assist clients in gathering proper data. Preparation of tax projection as client’s income and deductions vary due to change in circumstances. Answer client’s questions throughout the year as situations arise that have personal tax implications.

Business Tax and Advisory Services

Preparation of C-Corporation, S-Corporation, Partnership, and LLC tax returns. Consulting with clients on business formation, initial setup tasks, personnel and payroll issues. Year end tax planning to properly close out the business with regard to tax implications, expenses, bonuses, and other issues.

Certified QuickBooks Professional Advisor:

Set up of QuickBooks for clients with a new business, or migration of accounting records to QuickBooks software. Train clients on proper entry of transactions and use of software to provide meaningful data for their business management.

Accounting:

Meet with business clients throughout the year to analyze accounting records and assist clients with categorization and proper recording of transactions. Reconcile and/or prepare accounting on an as-needed basis.

Bookkeeping Services:

Provide bookkeeping services including recording of checks, deposits, payroll, journal entries, and reconciling of bank statements for small businesses or non-profits. Client’s books are kept complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
